Nope, still screwing with silly updates that basically address nothing serious. but I've sat back and waited for 3 years for them to sort things out in hopes that they would eventually get around to it. I never know whats going to happen with this program anymore. You cant honestly use it in a professional environment with any type of consistency. There are so many freakin issues with this program and they just continue to exist with no mention, acknowledgment of it, or discussion. I'm tired of this development team and where their priorities are. How can anyone take this program seriously anymore? Its been going on for over a year and were screwing around with silly updates to social media integration? I mean CMON. It is by far the most infuriating thing I've ever experienced in a DAW. There is something seriously wrong with VST and memory allocation. I'm over here battling the red plugin issue DAILY!!! where it thinks certain plugins don't exist on a song that it worked on previously. So now, I run 64bit default startup, if I run into a VST plugin that is missing, I revert Studio One to 32bit… the VST plug-in appears, copy down the settings, go back to 64bit and implement the AU plugin in its place.
Then remove the Wave Arts folder in /Library/Application SupportĪfter this I re-installed and still no VSTs, a bit bummed but at the same time I noticed that I now have AU plug-ins for the same effects (and all dates look proper, must have done and improper upgrade installation of WaveArts PowerSuite?)!!! Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plug-Ins (RTAS) To remove Wave Arts plug-ins from a Mac remove the relevant plug-in files from: Was testing on my 10.9.5 Mavericks machine which I know to be totally 64bit compatible and noticed in my plug-ins folders some components seemed to be out of date so I decided to re-install WaveArts PowerSuite… uninstalling using these instructions from their website:
I don't have 64bit VSTs but I do have 64bit AUs! I like a couple of my PowerSuite plugs !! Have to switch Studio One back to 32 bit.
Studio One at 64 bit doesn't recognize them. Did some research on my WaveArts PowerSuite VST Plug-Ins, v5.6.
